A place where you come together to relax, read, swim, mix margaritas, enjoy meals and one another’s company.
Life at Villa Soloro is centered around the large palapa, a palm-covered open space with a wet bar, dining and living area. Children play on the lawn and swim in the turquoise saltwater infinity pool; evenings end with a movie in the cool, comfortable media room.
The villa sits oceanfront, about a hundred yards from a sandy beach, on one of the quietest stretches of the Riviera Nayarit.

II. THE VILLA & BEDROOMS
Six suites, each with the sound of the sea.
All six bedrooms are spacious, with sweeping ocean views, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There are three king suites and three double-queen bedrooms, and every room also has twin beds for children.
At night, drift off to the sound of the waves; in the morning, wake slowly on memory-foam beds to the jungle birds.

III. THE EXPERIENCE & OUR COOK
Meals made at home, from the morning market.
Our cook prepares up to three meals a day. Most guests leave the menu to her: she knows what is fresh at the market and makes good seasonal choices, and happily cooks for allergies, vegetarians or anyone who prefers it mild.
Breakfast
Served when you like, anytime between 9 and 11 am.
Lunch
Between 1 and 3 pm, your choice.
Dinner
Prepared ahead for you to warm at your own pace. Prefer it served? The cook can stay until 9 pm for $40 USD.
Meal preparation and daily cleaning are included. Groceries are not: guests pay for them directly to the property administrator.

WATER
Pool, spa & bay
A heated saltwater pool all year, a heated tile spa in the garden, and kayaks or paddle boards straight from the property into the calm waters of Chacalilla bay.
SEA
Snorkel off the ramp
Swim off the ramp and around the rocks in front of the villa to find fish, easiest at high tide when the waves are gentle. Snorkels and flippers are provided.
REST
Massage by the sea
Accredited massage therapists, on request, in the outdoor pergola by the water. Book sessions before arrival through our property manager.
SHORE
The Beach Club
Club Privado: common pools, palapas, the café, beach chairs, tennis and pickleball, included with your stay.
LAND
Jungle & volcano
Trails through the jungle within the gated community, and guided hikes to a nearby extinct volcano.
Boats, fishing, whales
Our property manager can arrange fishing trips, boat and whale-watching excursions, surfboards, golf carts and babysitting.

IV. THE PLACE
Chacala, a fishing village on the Riviera Nayarit.
Villa Soloro sits on the quiet bay of Chacala, Nayarit — about 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) and 3.5 to 4 hours from Guadalajara (GDL). Expect a calm swimming beach, fresh seafood on the sand, surf towns nearby, and humpback whales from December to March. Access to the Club Privado beach club is included with your stay.
V. RATES
Simple, all-inclusive villa rates.
• From USD 2,000 per night for the entire villa
• Up to 12 guests
• Minimum stay: 7 nights mid-October to mid-April, 5 nights the rest of the year
• Includes your cook (three meals a day), daily housekeeping, heated pool and spa, kayaks, paddle board and snorkel gear, and beach club access
• Groceries are paid directly to the property administrator at cost
VI. HOW BOOKING WORKS

4. Reserve with a 50% bank-transfer deposit within 7 days; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
